Demand Side Financing Post End line Research by WHO (Geneva): Grantee Partners’ experience and research on different models of implementation of vouchers program

Prof. Sadiqua Jafarey – PresidentNCMNH and Dr. Aleya Ali – Director PPIUCD Intervention Project NCMNH on behalf of NCMNH attended an event organized by the David & Lucile Packard Foundation on 14 December 2017. The event was organized to share the results of a Post Endline Research conducted by WHO (Geneva) team and funded by Packard Foundation. The research was conducted to check on residual CPR, after two years of project closure in two Districts (Chakwal, Faisalabad) of Punjab.

Under these projects, Family Planning (FP) vouchers were dispensed for poor women in communities, through two different models implemented by MSS and Greenstar. WHO was the Evaluation Partner in the two DSF Grants and conducted the Endline Evaluation.

The current research on Post Endline is an attempt to check if there is sustainable behaviour change in communities after project closure, through estimation of residual CPR.
